Woman Seeking Over $50,000 In Slip and Fall Lawsuit Filed Against a Movie Theater

A woman who slipped and fell outside of a movie theater is suing the cinema organization for the accident.

Gina Brown filed a lawsuit against American Multi-Cinema Inc. in Madison County after she claims that it was when she visited the Edwardsville branch of the movie theater chain that she slipped and fell, leaving her badly injured.

Brown is accusing the company of failing to provide a safe walkway for customers and pedestrians, naming them as the negligent party in this case. She states in the suit that she has had to have extensive medical treatment for her injuries and has had to pay excessive amounts of to cover medical costs. She is looking for more than $50,000 to cover the costs of the damage, both physical and emotional, that she has endured.
